Return policy

  • Condition matters:
    Shoes must be clean, unworn, and free of marks or scuffs. Straps must be returned in brand-new condition. Each pair comes with two security tags—one on each shoe. Both tags must remain attached and intact for a return to be accepted.
    Returns must include the original shoe box and dust bags, both clean and undamaged. Shoes may only be tried on indoors, on a clean surface. Any returns with worn soles, visible marks, or damaged packaging will be declined.
  • Refunds:
    Items returned in perfect, resaleable condition — with all security tags attached and original packaging intact — are eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping).
  • Restocking fee:
    If items are returned not in resaleable condition, including but not limited to removed security tags, damaged shoe box or dust bags, or signs of wear that prevent resale as new, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This covers inspection, handling, and reconditioning costs. Original shipping is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Final sale:
    Sale items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Items previously exchanged or returned are not eligible for further returns.
  • Timeline:
    Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (carrier tracking date applies). Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving authorization. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.
