Return policy

  • Restocking fee: All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This covers the cost of inspection, handling, and the fact that tried shoes can no longer be resold as new. Original shipping is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Condition matters: Shoes must be clean, unworn, and free of marks or scuffs. Straps must be returned in brand-new condition. Each pair also comes with two security tags—one on each shoe. We place them so you can walk and test the fit comfortably at home, but both tags must remain attached and intact for a return to be accepted. Returns must also include the original shoe box and dust bags, both in undamaged condition. Shoes may only be tried on indoors, on a clean surface. Any returns with worn soles or visible marks will be declined.
  • Final sale: Sale items and accessories can’t be returned or exchanged. Items previously exchanged or returned are ineligible for further returns.
  • Timeline: Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (carrier tracking date applies). Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving authorization. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.
  • Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
  • Shipping costs: All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable carrier.
  • International orders: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on your country’s laws. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Return shipments with unpaid duties or taxes will be refused and returned to sender.
