Where does Terpsi ship from?
All orders ship from California. At this time, we only ship within the US through our online store.
When will my order ship and how long does it take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS.
My tracking isn’t updating.
Carriers may take 1–2 business days to register shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating, contact us at care@shopterpsi.com
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders begin processing immediately, so we’re unable to modify them once placed. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee changes. If your package is returned to us, we’ll refund the items.
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived.
Occasionally USPS marks packages delivered before they show up. Most arrive within a few days. In the meantime, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s been more than a few days, email us at care@shopterpsi.com
